Professional Services Representative

Reports To: Director of Operations

Position Summary

The Professional Services Representative (PSR) will serve as a liaison between the internal sales and account management teams, and the company’s clients, partners and vendors. The PSR will boost team productivity by working directly with the customer to ensure smooth and timely completion of contracts; will manage and oversee installations and projects; and will provide in-the-moment support in billing, resolving trouble tickets and the creation of MAC orders.

Essential Functions:

  • Project oversight and management of new installations, working directly with the clients, vendors and carriers.
  • Order entry.
  • Assist and respond to billing and repair escalations, working directly with client.
  • Work directly with carriers to help negotiate and obtain renewals for small business accounts.
  • Respond to Sales and Account Management requests for customer support.
  • Work directly with master agents and carriers to obtain and submit contracts and changes as well as obtaining customer detail as necessary.
  • Assist with other assigned projects as needed.

Scope of Position

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who, though not having supervisory responsibility over others, will still need to “supervise” themselves. The position requires a candidate who is self-motivated, dedicated and who can work independently as well as a part of a team.  The ability and willingness to learn—new systems, processes, and products—as well as the initiative to seek new information, are vital to success. Also, the candidate must be able to handle existing workload while responding to new situations. In serving as a liaison between the internal and external customers, the candidate needs to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with both groups. The candidate is expected to grow customer relationships and positively represent the company and its core values.

Essential Requirements

Qualified Candidates will possess:

  • 2-3 years of Customer service experience within the Communications Industry.
  • Account Management or Project Coordination Skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills.
  • Experience that demonstrates the ability to meet deadlines and commitments.
  • A knowledge of Telecommunications products and services.
  • Experience demonstrating skills in the area of problem solving, planning and prioritizing.
  • Requires the ability to speak, and present information to a group and lead and moderate conversations as necessary.
  • Infrequent customer visits or vendor meetings will require the ability to travel to offsite locations, requiring a valid driver’s license, insurance and a personal vehicle.
  • Computer skills, including spreadsheets, presentations, and word processing programs.

Inside Customer Account Manager

Position Summary

Dynamic Network Advisors is looking for an all star Inside Customer Account Manager (ICAM), to engage, retain and drive incremental customer revenue from our loyal customer base. The ICAM works with the customer, post-sale, to both maintain and grow their account. The ICAM will serve as the advocate for each customer, discovering and implementing new ways to serve them and generating new solutions. The ideal candidate will be as passionate about DNA as they are about providing an exceptional experience for every customer.

Essential Functions

  • Maintains and grows the assigned customer base by building customer relationships, assessing product fit, and expanding product portfolio.
  • B2B Inside Sales.
  • Manages an assigned base of customers.
  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, identifying decision makers, determining customer needs, identifying appropriate solutions, and positioning these solutions with the customer.
  • Protects base revenue and meets or exceeds average quota.
  • The job functions are not scripted, but require solid interviewing, selling, and persuasive skills; a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services; and often requires additional knowledge of competitors’ products and services.
  • Updates relevant customer information including, but not limited to, activity, funnel, opportunity updates, maintenance of monthly goals, and customer proposals and contracts.

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent education and 3 years of related experience.
  • Prior account management experience with a history of working to retain and grow existing accounts.
  • Strong oral and written communication, analytical, problem solving, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Successful completion and passing of all applicable employment testing and interview.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of Telecommunications sales experience.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Demonstrated stable track record of success in Sales.
  • Previous experience calling customer base.
  • Prior cold calling experience.
  • Previous experience forecasting sales revenue.
